Checking your RBS certification status: You can find your certification status (certified, not certified, expired), your certification expiration/renewal date if you are already certified, and your server ID number by logging into your ABC/RBS portal account at abcbiz.abc.ca.gov. Your certification information will be in the Server Certificate Details box on your dashboard page.

Contacting ABC (the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control): If you have any trouble accessing your ABC/RBS portal account, you can contact ABC directly at 916 318-6435 or onlineservices@abc.ca.gov.
